A: Why these product have to be pre-ordered?
Q: Some of the products from Japan cannot be kept fresh for long, they need to be produced after you order and delivery to the UK by air ensure fresh enough.
A: Why can’t I choose standard delivery if I add [Pre-order] product to cart?
Q: Some of the products cannot be kept fresh for long, so you have to express delivery or next day delivery.
A: I want my order be dispatched quickly, can you delivery my order separately?
Q: If an order contain both pre-order products and ordinary products, it would only be delivered when the pre-order products have been allocated. Please place order separately if you want to received ordinary products quickly.
A: I realise all product information showing Best before date but not expiration date.
Q: In Japan, many food are labelled best before date instead expiration date, thus expiration date would be longer. However, we suggest all our customers eat our snacks before best before date that make sure they stay fresh.
A: What if the products I received are out of best before date?
