零食盒子秉承“诚信第一,顾客至上”的经营理念,保证所有食品绝对正品。如在售后过程中感到不满,请与客服联系,可以办理退款或重新发货事宜,详情如下:

1.包装破损处理
         零食盒子保证发货时的食品外包装的完好无缺。请您收到食品时请当场验货,如果发现食品包装破损,并影响食用,请及时拍下照片发送给客服确认,我们将为您重新发货。

2.收到货物与所订购货物不符

零食盒子寄送食品时,会把送货清单和商品一同寄出,请您逐一检查。

如您发现收到的食品与定购的食品不符合,请您在签收后的24小时内联系客服。

如有漏发情况,我们会为您补发食品(或补回所缺差价的代金券面值),运费由我方承担。

如有错发情况,我们会为您补回差价(或办理退货/换货),运费由我方承担。

3.食品质量问题

若收货时出现食品超过赏味的期问题,请您在签收后的24小时内拍照并联系客服,零食盒子将为您重新发货。

用户故意在保质期外食用,造成身体机能受损,我方不承担任何责任。

4. 关于【预订产品】的订单

关于含有【预订】产品的订单,订单确认后默认客户愿意等待相应的配货时间,如因为客户自身原因要修改订单或者取消订单,款项将不予退还,如等候时间超过所承诺的配送时间,请联系客服商讨相应的赔偿事宜。

5.如发生以下情况,我们将不予办理退/换货
       5.1我们没有收到您要退换的商品。
       5.2 退回的食品不齐全。
       5.3 食品已被拆封食用。
       5.4 个人主观原因要求退货/换货(例如:个人觉得所购不符合自己口味,食品颜色不漂亮)。

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of food unless for the following reasons:

1 the goods are faulty, please contact Customer Services  within 24 hours in working days after you received.

1.1 If your goods are faulty, then, depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund and/or replacement.

2 the goods received are different from your order, please contact Customer Services  within 24 hours in working days after you received.

3 the goods past their ‘best before’ date, please contact Customer Services within 24 hours in working days after you received.

4. Refunds cannot be made in relation to certain circumstance such as:

4.1 we do not receive the goods you want to exchange

4.2 you do not like the goods

4.3 you do not receive our parcel due to your personal reason but the tracking showed the parcel is delivered (e.g. the parcel left in neighbour/reception but you do not go to collect on the same day), which make the goods past their ‘best before’ date.

4.4 you do not receive our parcel on first time delivery (e.g. miss delivery), which make the goods past their ‘best before’ date.

5 For the orders include ‘Pre-order’ products, which will be dispatched within 12 business days of the date of your order, cannot be cancelled or edited and the payment will not be refunded. If your orders do not dispatched within 12 business, please contact Customer Services  to cancel your order or get compensation.

6. Any refunds will be made against the original form of tender you used to pay for the goods.
